Key responsibilities:
• Developing the UI on a variety of web based projects
• Develop cross-browser/platform HTML/CSS and JavaScript to match design specs
• Build and enhance site templates
• Develop and evolve code standards across the company
• Assist with marketing and internal initiatives
• Support the Experience Design team in the drive towards innovation and UX across the organization
• Be fun, creative, reliable, flexible and passionate
Qualifications:
• Three years relevant Degree
• Minimum of 3-6 years experience in the industry
• Strong site-build background and UI design skills - XHTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and jQuery
• ASP.Net background with experience working in Sharepoint 2010
• Good knowledge of JavaScript
• Knowledge of and discipline in the application of Web development best practices
• Have a keen interest in Internet strategy, usability, user centered design and information architecture
• CMS themes (eg. Wordpress) and module development
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work as a team and take responsibility for assigned projects
• Be self-directed: Take initiative and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience developing for mobile is beneficial
